Windgraph Berkeley May 20 2008Windsurfing today I thought my booms were too low, but on second thought, maybe my problem was really that I didn’t adjust my harness line length. I kept them long for the holes and so was unable to get rigid in the puffs and weight the mast base. When it filled in better, I shortened the lines and the ride smoothed out. Excellent!

The booms were a bit low–the track was an inch forward from where I’m setting it for my 94rrd and the booms were maybe a half inch higher with the Euro pin uni. An inch forward for the uni translates to at least an inch higher for the booms.
