My windsurfing season began late February or the first week of March. On my Day One, some of my buddies, Domond for example, already have 15 days on the water. I don’t know how they do it. It’s so seriously cold!

I began the 2008 season sailing

• Windwind Bash sails (the notation “05 Bash 5.6″ stands for 2005 and 5.6 square meters)
• Mike’s Lab freestyle board dubbed the Whale (26 inches wide!)
• Recreational Composites fins (made of carbon and very light)

I was in snowboard mode until mid April and didn’t start recording every day until my snow season was complete. Hence some days say “probably sailed” while other days I did make a record.

My motto is “Always go!”

Toe owie is from a snowboard accident on February 8—I was run down by a speeder on the backside of NorthStar. Wah!
